my Hair grows too fast =/

Well i do have white hair and i get Hair color everytime i take a haircut, my hair grows fast like everytime i get a haircut it grows fast in just 2 weeks, and yes hair color do cost alot, and i`d like to ask is their any ways to make it grow slower? I`m from the philippines.

Hi, I have found through a discussion board a site that provides underarm pads against perspiration.... Does anyone use those pads ? I really want to know if it's a good solution. Thanks

depressed over hair

i hate my hair, its a constant annoying problem i have. i know theres probably loads of topics about this. my hair makes me look ugly, and im not. ive tried gelling but it doesnt work. my hair is wavy-curly and fairly short dark brown - black. any advice or tips?
