Hi itsok2bdiff!
I totally understand your situation! I have a problem with settling in new place and I have experienced it many times involuntary. What I do to help myself is that I try not to make an emotional bond to things, objects, I try to look at them as worthless, especially if I can't put them in my baggage, so that way I suffer less. Somehow I try to convince myself that where I lay my head is home. As long as you have your family close to you it's OK, people are more important than houses, rooms, furniture... Try to find some good thing about that new place, that's the best way to stay happy and to learn how to handle whit new situations, and there will be a lot of new situations in your life trust me. All the best to you!
