unprotected sex 15 hours after having sex, should I take one more pill?

Hey i had sex wid my boyfriend yesterday afternoon at 5 pm and took the ipill at 10pm . The next day we again had unprotected sex at 1pm so should i take one more ipill or will the yesterday's ipill will do the work?

will Plan B "morning after pill" prevent the pregnancy if taken 4 days after the intercourse?

Hello, I had intercourse 4 days ago and today I woke up with sore breasts, slight cramps and discharge. Then later in the day I had a lot of vaginal mucus in a creamy paste almost. I was wondering if I were to take the plan B pill will it prevent the pregnancy?
