dark discharge with a bit of clots after taking morning after pill

had unprotected sex between the 8 and 9 of Feb 2017. then took a morning after on 11 am expecting my periods on the 16th of feb. but from sunday the 12th of feb i have been having a dark discharge with a bit of clots also had some cramps. am worried could this be effects of the pills?
