I took the next choice pill after unprotected sex, I got my period already a week before.. but got it again one weeks later after taking the pill.. all in the same month. Now its July and I didn't get my period on time for this month.. is it because I had it twice already last month?

I've had my mirena for about 3 years . It's been very good but for the past 4 months I Been getting stomach cramps . Also notice spotting . I've never had one single period on this birth control. But lately I been gettin scared . I don't wanna get pregnant . What do you gals think it is ??
