I took plan b on Sunday evening and 3 days later which is today I started bleeding dark brown

All normal.

You are experiencing side effects from Plan B.  You can also have sore breasts and you may have your period earlier or later than usual.  They may also be heavier or lighter than usual.

Good luck.  It is unlikely you are pregnant.
