I've been on Depo provera for four years, lapsed one month and had unprotected sex not realizing I'd missed my window. It's been about 2 or 3 weeks and I've been starving(not that unusual), my breast have been more sore than usual, and I've gained two pounds.

Wondering if anyone can help? On 11/7/12 I had my Mirena removed after 7 years as decided to try for a baby. I bled for 5 days and since then nothing. Was this my period? Should I be counting it as day one of my cycle?
