I had unprotected sex and took the first morning after pill immediately afterwards. I took the second pill 13 hours later. My period is now a week and a half late. Could I be pregnant?

I took plan B on March 5th, two days ago, April 1, I thought my period finally came, I started spotting, but I'm still only spotting now, for 2 days.... Is that means my period is coming?? Or I am pregnant??
