I took the first dose of Plan B, and its been over 12 hours, and I havent taken the second one. I left the second pill at home and cant get to it until its about 6 hours later than when I am supposed to. Will the second pill still work?

the last pill i took was sunday the 21st, it started the second week in my pack, i lost my pills and my boyfriend and i had sex on tuesday, i started bleeding on friday and now its subsiding, i have also had some light cramping and a headache this morning, should i be concerned?
