I understand that women sometimes have severe and long-lasting side effects from stopping hormonal birth control, but could these side effects occur after having taken the pill for just 15 days?? I'm 33 and had never taken a BC pill in my life because I hated the idea of messing with my system....

skipped birthcontrol for a month

i've been on birth control pills for a few years now but i havent taken any for this month. i heard that when you get off of the pill after being on it for a while you will have spotting and irregular periods becuase your body was so use to being on the pill. i was just wondering if this is true.
