I am on BC, and I started a new pack of active pills wihtout stopping for 7 days. what do I do?

So I started a pack of 21 pills, that don't have the placebo place holder, and when I finished I started a new pack right away.  It wasn't until four days later I realized what I did.  So i stopped the pill for 7 days, spotted lightly during day 3 and 4, and then started again after the 7 days. ...

I have about two weeks ago stopped taking Mircette, after taking it for 2 years and I am currently not taking any birth control pills. Since, stopping Mircette I have been getting headaches. I think that is related to stopping the pills. Am I right? Thanks
