recurrent bladder pain

Hi.. I keep getting recurring pains where my bladder is. I'm not due on my period for at least another two weeks. I urinate 2-3 times a day. It also hurts to urinate, so I think I might have a UTI. Do people think that this is normal, or do you think I have a UTI?
