I have nephrostomy tubes (permanantley).  Had almost a yr now.  I have noticed urine with stringy mucus coming out of a bag and an awful smell.  The urologist says I will always have bacteria in my urine.  I also have white specs in urine.  My question...is this normal?

I sometimes get a burning sensation in my Urethra
