Hey, i woke up this morning and was in minor discomfort in the testicular area. I got up and went to the toilet urinated and checked my self out. Upon doing this i found that one of my veins in my Right testicle had become very either swollen and hard.

%-) I just took my Blood Pressure, and it was 125 / 81 but what concerns me the most, is that my Pulse was 164. I ate breakfast, and I sit at a desk on a computer. What can I do to lower my pulse. I am on Blood pressure medicine.
