Hi, I would like to know what are symptoms of anemia because I believe I suffer from it. I get tired easily, don’t have enough strength, become pale after some physical work. Is it related to anemia?

Hello there, I am a guy who is 23 years old. I am a guy who likes to drink, now and then. I heard that alcohol may damage blood vessels. Is this true? If it is, then what should I do? I wouldn't like to stop drinking, it is so much fun. It would be great if I get an answer fast.
