dizziness and unsteady

I have had an MRI and an ENG, my MRI came back normal. I experience dizziness when I am done doing my exercises on the floor, and I get up and the room is spinning, when I try walking this is for all day, I feel unbalance, unsteadiness, what could be causing this, what can be done?
