i am diagnosed with anemia and got advice to take vitamin B12 for at least a month

3Weeks ago I was diagnosed with anemia and was adviced to take vitamin b12 for at least a month. There is a bit of progress for I dont usually faint now. What I am feeling is more of severe headache and vomiting. Is it normal to experience? Because Im bothered. Thanks
