Accupuncture for hypertension?

Will acupuncture help me with my hypertension? I am on prescribed meds for my hypertension, but they don’t work for me. Maybe I’ll be better with alternative approach such as acupuncture or herbal treatment? What do you think? I am 50, female.

cold temperature after surgery

I’ll be taking my husband from hospital tomorrow. I already have got directions what he can or can’t do after surgery. I was wonder is it safe for him to be outside on a fresh air for a while during the day, although it is cold temperature. I don’t want him to catch a cold.

Feel dizzy when I get up!

Lately I feel dizzy when I get up. I guess it can be due blood pressure, although I never had blood pressure problems before. I had measured BP and it was 100/ 60. Is this too low? Could this be a reason for my dizziness?

What are the usual symptoms of high blood pressure? I measured it yesterday and it was 90/140 mmHg. I did it just because my friend did it too. Maybe it was because of 3 cups of coffee that I had before that. I have no symptoms, I feel healthy at all. Should I visit my doctor?
