Lately I feel dizzy when I get up. I guess it can be due blood pressure, although I never had blood pressure problems before. I had measured BP and it was 100/ 60. Is this too low? Could this be a reason for my dizziness?

If you feel dizzy when you get up, is probably due sudden drop of your blood pressure.
When some people stand up quickly, they have a severe drop in blood pressure that can cause dizziness. It had happened to me a lot of times. When you go from sitting to standing, your nervous system temporarily compensates by narrowing your blood vessels and increasing your heart rate. This is supposed to prevent a sudden drop in blood pressure, but sometimes, a person's blood pressure drops anyway.
