What are the usual symptoms of high blood pressure? I measured it yesterday and it was 90/140 mmHg. I did it just because my friend did it too. Maybe it was because of 3 cups of coffee that I had before that. I have no symptoms, I feel healthy at all. Should I visit my doctor?

I also had no symptoms but now I’m on beta-blockers. High blood pressure is silent killer. When symptoms occur, it would be too late. Mild headache is not something that you are usually worried about. But it’s one of the symptoms. Pay more attention on symptoms like tiredness, visual changes, nausea and pale skin. And visit you doctor as soon as possible. Hbp is well controlled with proper medications.
