I’ve been diagnosed with Cavernous angiomas years ago. It is congenital in my family. I haven’t had any symptoms but lately I’ve been having tremors. I am not sure if this is connected with Cavernous angiomas. My grandmother died from hemorrhage. She also had cavernous angiomas. I am very worried.

I know that patients are usually asymptomatic, although they often present with headaches, seizures, or small parenchymal hemorrhages. I don’t know about tremors, but you should ask your doctor about it. However, the risk of hemorrhage of cavernous angiomas is estimated to be less than 2% per lesion per year. As a cause of hemorrhage, cavernous angiomas are far less common than hypertension. Anyway, see a doctor as soon as you can.
