Septoplasty Surgery, I cannot breathe out of my left nostril at all

I had septoplasty surgery June 18th 2012 and got my splints removed today June 25th. I cannot breathe out of my left nostril at all, my right side is smooth sailing. Ny ENT dr. said keep using the saline, I'm wondring if something is wrong. It's worse than before the surgery. Help me please.
