Bump or horn popping out in side of my knee. MRI showed that there were several in there.

It is most noticeable when I bend my knee.  had MRI that indicated that there are several in the knee.  Dr. cut into it with about 1/2 in. cut.  The pod was opaq white oval ball and when cut there blood jelly looking stuff and then a big blob of yellow stuff and then red again....

heavy left arm with white fingers

I have a heavy feeling in my left arm it lasted pretty much all day yesterday and I woke up the same way however this morning from my knuckles to my fingers is very white the rest of the arm is red. what could this be? thank you for any feedback I could get

shoulder tendon tears possibly due to allergy shots

I receive allergy shots weekly (now every 2 weeks) since August 2015. I'm concerned they may be the cause of newly diagnosed bilateral shoulder tendon tears. I've had no trauma to either. I can't definitive documentation this can be cause. Is anyone else experiencing this?
