Horrible hip pain after lifting leg up

Hello. A few weeks ago I realised that when I am walking, running, or trying to lift my leg up I have a sharp pain in my right hip. It started after a soccer practice and is very uncomfortable. I dont want to get it checked out yet, so I just need to know if it is serious.

swelling and redness

How to live with adactylia?

Are there any actual people on this forum who suffer from adactylia, the condition where you are born without toes or with very tiny toes? I understand that people with adactylia can never learn to walk, or at least have terrible balance problems. So, how do you live this? Please tell me more!
