In the last few days I have suffered Pain thats sharp and stabbing affecting the right side of my pelvis and my right leg It feels also like i have a sunburn on my skin ( I do not sunbathe and my skin is normal colour ) and i have a sharp throbbing pain affecting my right foot just below the ankle. I have Siatica affecting my left side and I am not sure if this is the same thing or somthing else.

I have no issues with going to the toilet and I am able to walk and bend with slight pain but as soon as I am still the pain becomes almost intolerable.

What I am asking is should I call my Dr as an emergency or shall I leave it and painkillers gentle movement and see if its OK after a few days.
