foot pain and swelling

i recently hurt my back, since then i have experienced extreme foot pain with a tingly sensation, on both feet, with that I have swelling and leg pain. This occurs if i am on my feet for just 2 to 3 hours. My back still has a pinched sensation, but doesn't really have pain
