post op full tear dominant side

Hello all. I am 5 days post op from a full tear dominant side. Needless to say, I am in much pain and discomfort, though the percocet does hold the pain ay bay. I noticed yesterday swelling in my right foot and leg. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal? Getting concearned.
