I had my surgery May of 09 to have the bunion in my right foot removed. Since then I have had pain and still can't wear normal shoes and get massive pain in my foot when walking. I finally went back and saw a different doctor in the same off that was recommended by someone and they told me that I have to have the entire surgery done again. The screw they put in is too long, the part of the bone needs to be removed, another part of the bone needs to be shaved down and my toe needs to be moved over! The first doctor did it wrong and now because of that I have to go through it all over again and he said that it may be worse this time because it's being cut open and messed with again. Any suggestions as to how I should handle this? Someone told me that I should hire an attorney. Thanks.
