Toe Cramps

I have been getting toe cramps now for over 12 months only when I am walking, and it is getting worse. I never get them in bed or sitting down. I have tried increasing my salt, changing 4 different blood pressure medications, Magnesium, Quinine, Tonic Water, Tissue Salts. Can someone help me.

I had a fractured hip and had surgery a little over 4 years ago. The pain has never really gone away. I didn't have physical therapy after because I had no insurance. At the present I've just started physical therapy, and exercises at home, sometimes its not too bad, other times it really hurts...
