I had a fractured hip and had surgery a little over 4 years ago. The pain has never really gone away. I didn't have physical therapy after because I had no insurance.
At the present I've just started physical therapy, and exercises at home, sometimes its not too bad, other times it really hurts and I can hardly walk. I am also taking 1000 mg of Naproxen a day. How long will it take to feel better and will I ever walk normal again? My right leg iis 1 inch shorter than my left, so I wear an insole. I am 55 years old.
