Hello, good people. I have been lately experiencing some knee pain. I know I should go to the doctor, but it seems that I don’t have enough time. What should I do with this? What could be the reason for it? I would appreciate if anyone could help me with some piece of info. Thanks.

right foot pain

I got my right foot hurt from play football. I felt a pop and it was swollen for a week. After that it is getting better. I walk again, but i feel pain in middle of foot. My right knee is hurting, too. It bothers me for almost 2 months. Is it normal or take long time to heal?

Hi! I had a knee replacement in February, 2007 and just recently started to do a Yoga session at home on tape. I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to do some of the positions that require me to get on my knees since my left knee was replaced approximately a year and one-half ago. Sharon
