Stiff Neck! I need relief

I have muscle stiffness in shoulders and stiff neck. I don’t know how to help it. I really need a relief because this stiffness never leaves me. It’s difficult to me to find comfortable posture at night and there’s no pillow that fits me. Please post.

swelling below collarbone & crackly breathing

Collarbone discoloration but there is no pain

I have Graves disease, diagnosed last Sept. I have noticed the skin surrounding my collarbone area is discolored, similar to bruising, (but it hasn't been bruised)? I am wondering if this could have something to do with my thyroid gland, I also have raised liver enzymes. But I don't drink alcohol....
