broken collarbone still makes popping noise after 2 years

I broke my collarbone 2 years ago when I was 11 and it has been making popping noises ever since. Sometimes I wake up and it is really stiff from laying on it and you would think it would be healed by now but it feels like it is grinding against something please help!
