fell on side

in air cast 8 weeks post op

Had taylor bunion surgery 2 months ago. My 4 week check up he said looks good I can wear sneakers ,etc.... went back 4 weeks later he. Put me back in air cast and put me on presidone. I'm in so much pain. Pls help

Swollen left ankle with pain in back of left calf
