numb burning sensation in my big toe

Hello! For the last 6 months I have been feeling this strange numbness and burning in my big toe and sometimes I wouldn’t feel my foot as well. . At first I paid no much attention but gradually it started to effect me. Any ideas what this could be! Thx!
