Avascular Necrosis - Femoral Head

Iam a 30 Year old Male. Having complaint of less movement with immense pain on pelvic area. My MRI is showing bilateral Avascular Necrosis of the femoral head, extending to the inner trochantic area. Is surgeory is the only treatment for this ailment, kindly sugges.
