Enlarged right clavicle and I am experiencing pain in it, I had radiation treatment in that area

I am experiencing pain in my right clavicle. It is enlarged at the end and is painful to press on it. I also experience pain when putting pressure down on my shoulder. I had radiation treatment in that area 15 years ago for Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Can swelling on my backside prevent me from having hip surgery?

I am having hip replacement surgery on my left hip in two weeks. Two weeks ago I fell and hit my backside on a table. I now have some swelling and a purple, black and blue mark on my backside. If this does not go away will that prevent me from having surgery?
