shoulder pain

Yesterday, I felt something pop/move in my shoulder while whitewater kayaking. The pain is not unbearable, however, it hurts quite a bit when I move my arm down or back. What could this be?

I have sore fingers

I had bunion surgery 7 days ago. the pain is not as bad as i thought it was going to be. it is tolerable. i have been putting an ice pack on my foot and have been propping up my foot. i was not given crutches, my husband was told by the DR. that i need to walk on my heel. i was given an ankle boot....
