open wounds after hammertoe surgery

I am two weeks post bilateral bunionectomy and hammertoe surgery on seven toes. I had the sutures removed 3 days ago and two of the wounds opened up after the stiches were removed. The doctor said to apply antibiotic ointment to the wounds. Afer 3 days still not healed, what should I do?
