What's the weakest part of a rib?

My father has a rib fracture. He has a problem with breathing and suffers pain. His doctor says that it’s nothing dangerous. He mentioned something about weakest part of a rib. But I didn’t remember what it is. So, does anybody know what's the weakest part of a rib? Thanks!

What were the results of Frozen Should among teens?

I did some research on Frozen Shoulder among teens. It seems to be something common among women 40+. I too have a now 15 year old daughter who has simular symptoms. Where can I find out more on this condition for teens?
