I have a very bad neck pain after a really hard clinching work out from muay thai, i have trouble looking down the most. If looking to the sides or looking up the pain is not so intense. I quite worried whether this is a bad injury or not, as seeing doctor would be too expensive.

I broke my left femur bone November 2009 and had a rod placed in my leg.I am able to walk and recently went skating and was unable to straighten my leg for about 4 months.The pain is not as bad anymore and I can extend my leg but I notice that my leg is smaller then my other leg.....any suggestions...
