Tingling - Me -too - my tingling is smack dab in my left shoulder blade.   Maybe it is posture.... Who knows -   I drive a lot so I am going to see if that affects it

I have some recent thyroid problems -   And will be getting surgery.  Seems the thyroid affects everything.... Maybe this is something too affected...who knows but I was trying to see if anybody knew something

Maybe I will try B12 vitamins...
