I have had a sharp stabbing pain in the same place on my breastbone for the last 24 hours....it comes and goes every few minutes....it's not tender to touch but if I hold my breath the pain is constant...should I be worried?

throbbing after bunionectomy

its been 3 weeks since i had my bunionectomy..i have a pin and stitiches which is to be removed next week..what i notice that bothers me most is when my foot isnt elevated, all the blood seems to go to my foot and the trobbing is very uncomfortable..is this normal? has anyone else had this problem
