lump on finger knuckle

Hi, I saw a similar but old and not active thread on here and I was hoping for some suggestions. I have a lump on my knuckle, and no, I have not been in any fights, and no, it doesn't hurt. What could this be? Should I be at all worried? Any thoughts?

I was wrestling this one time and the guy I was wrestling took me down and landed on my chest with his shoulder. The doctors at my local clinic say that I cant wrestle for the next four weeks. Is there anything I can do to make my sternum heal faster?
