I just started with running and I started felling pain in my hips while I run, especially after. I am afraid if go to a doctor he will bend me from running forever and I really enjoy running. I was hoping for some advice.

I think you should do some stretching before running. What are you doing it? Proper shoes and stretching are the basic starting points for handling pain while running. Depending on where the pain is, you need to find stretches that target the area and do them both before and after your run when the muscles are warmed up. Icing afterwards will help with pain if the pain persists.
