disabling chest pain

Im having a dull heavy pain when lifting weights of any kind or extreme stress, it only lasts less than a minute then goes away.. has been doing this on and off for 2 years , it seems to radiate thru back on left and left side of my neck.. is this a reason for concern?

Back pain, leg pain, foot pain, walking with a limp.

L4and L5 show as buldging in an MRI. Dr. said that they aren't that bad. But, sometime I can't walk, I have pain in my legs and feet and I can't walk without a limp. I'm 58 years old and I was fine up to about the end of September of 2006.

Right Shoulder Pain

In the last week, I thought I cracked a rib on my right side about six inches below my armpit. In the days that followed, the sharp pain has radiated to both the bottom of my rib cage and upward to the top of my right shoulder. I am also short of breath. Any ideas?
