Right heel crushed in car accident 19 years ago, now I have burning in feet

Injured knee in auto accident 19 years ago, impact caused motor into dashboard, lost part of knee cap, flattened what was left. Right heel crushed. All these years have experienced pain and swelling. 2 knee ops - 5 foot surgeries, now on top of pain, have burning in feet. No diabetes.
