Anyone else been through shoulder replacement and any advice on good recovery?

Shoulder replacement It's 5 days post surgery and so far all gone well! Been in pain 10 years wish I had this done earlier but surgeon wouldn't because I was too young! Anyone else been though same and any advice on good recovery!
