lump on collarbone

OK I had a pain start on shoulder then it went to the end of my collarbone and then I have a hard lump the size of an egg it hurts so bad. I feel real fatigue, nauseated, just don't feel good. Its at the end of left collarbone closes to my throat.

4yrs sine hip arthroscopy--STILL SO MUCH PAIN

I had my surgery 4 yrs ago however it seems to have damaged my nerves or something. I get intense 'jolts' of pain, if I turn the wrong way or too fast my hip with stabbing pain, will give out and I fall down. Plus any vibration can send me into orbit--riding in a vehicle, even 5 mins can set me off....
