Back rib pain on my right side which radiates across my back and making sleeping impossible

i have Back rib pain on my right side radiates across my back making sleeping impossible. Really only bothers me in bed otherwise during the day it’s no problem. Going on for a week now.  As soon as I get in bed pain start to build, feels like spasms somewhat.
