I have been experiencing a strong pain in my neck and shoulder in the last 3 weeks. I saw a doctor who put me on anti inflammatory tables. I've used Ice and heat, gel, stretching and painkillers. Nothing is helping and I'm getting pain down my arm. What is this?????
