neck/right arm pain bones crack in neck stiffness deep pain in arm

My neck and right upper arm have like cramp pains, my bones in my neck crack alot and makes upper arm feel deep pain. When I raise my right arm it hurts really mad at times and seems to cramp up. I'm 54 years old never had a problem like this, do you have a idea what it could be. Thank you
