right foot pain

I got my right foot hurt from play football. I felt a pop and it was swollen for a week. After that it is getting better. I walk again, but i feel pain in middle of foot. My right knee is hurting, too. It bothers me for almost 2 months. Is it normal or take long time to heal?

I am 74 years old. My children are in another state and can't help me. I have a husband but he has Cancer and is going through chemo. He also has a bad heart. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do. I am living with Arthritis and now I have bone on bone. Thanks Fram

Hi! I had a knee replacement in February, 2007 and just recently started to do a Yoga session at home on tape. I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to do some of the positions that require me to get on my knees since my left knee was replaced approximately a year and one-half ago. Sharon
